RESPONSABLE TECHNIQUE H/F – Bordeaux

Directly attached to the Management, you are the guarantor of the realization of a construction or rehabilitation program of an authorized real estate project, in compliance with the costs, deadlines and qualities defined upstream. He manages the project management team. Your missions will be: Design phase stage Building permit filed: - Develop with the project management team the PRO / DCE - Prepare in conjunction with the program manager the commercial launch sales plans - Participate in the consultation of companies with the project management and validate the call for tenders (Signature of contracts) - Organize the debriefing meeting call for tenders with the Management for validation - Maintain the objectives of commitment budget and quality - Establish the commitment report Works Execution phase: - Organize the filing of the declaration of opening of the site - Participate with the administrative assistant in the delivery of insurance (DO / CNR / TRC) - Have the contract file prepared by the project management team by ensuring its compliance with the project documents (sales plan, descriptive notice, building permit, label etc?, contractual deadline) - Set up the project management team (contractualize) and pilot it as project owner in the execution phase (MOEX / OPC, SPS, BC etc?) - Manage the concessionaires until commissioning - Represent the project owner during site meetings - Be in contact and support with other internal services to manage with them the stages of partition visits, pre-delivery, delivery, TMA. Be the privileged interlocutor of donors and institutions (VEB). - Ensure the maintenance of the margins of the financial balance sheets (Follow the TS and amendments companies) - Validate the situations undertaken for payment after validation of the MOEX and the Administrative and Financial Manager - Remain the technical referent until the end of GPA - Retrieve in time the certificates of progress work (according to the schedule initially defined) to transmit them to the internal service in charge of calls for funds - Control of the processes of setting up operations, construction regulations - Ability to project management and transversality, knowledge of project management obligations - Mastery of the office pack - Great rigor. - An excellent relationship with us, with service providers, town halls and buyers?
